Update 6/17: Amazon.com now shows Exporting American Dreams in stock. The book went on sale at Amazon on June 14, and immediately sold out. Apparently the pre-orders exhausted the initial supply.
Hopefully Amazon will maintain adequate stocks of the book, but those who would like to read it soon can also find it elsewhere. The most certain way to get it, though without the sort of discounts you can get at Amazon, is to order directly from Oxford University Press. (Warning: the shipping cost for one book is $5, but it goes down to $1 a copy for additional books.)
The book ships in 24 hours from Barnes & Noble, with a discounted price and free shipping. To purchase from independent bookstores, try Labyrinth, Powell's Books, and the bookstores listed here, all of which show the book in stock as of this writing.
