Robert S. Marx Lecture, Univ. of Cincinnati, March 10

I will deliver the 2009 Robert S. Marx Lecture at the University of Cincinnati College of Law on March 10. My topic: Thurgood Marshall's Global Impact, taking up the international impact of Marshall's most important case, Brown v. Board of Education, as well as his work on behalf of African American soldiers in Korea, and with nationalists in Kenya. Details are here.
